Maintenance Technician

The Pines is in need of an experienced, clean cut, HVAC certified, Maintenance Technician.  This position requires the ability to handle all aspects of maintenance including the following: punches, service requests as well as scheduling of apartment turns and exterior upkeep.  On call Hours will be rotated.
